From the dojo to the dashboard
I'm a B.Tech Computer Science student at MGM Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College, with a Diploma in Computer Engineering (First Class with Distinction) from MIT Polytechnic before that. Alongside coursework, I've been freelancing as a web and app developer since 2023 — building real tools for real businesses, not just class projects.
The project I'm proudest of is Import Management System: software built to replace the spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp chaos that most small import businesses run on. It's in daily use by two businesses today, and I'm actively extending it toward a standalone product.
Before any of that, I was competing in Choi Kwang Do martial arts — I hold a Black Belt and a national gold medal, and represented at Indo-Nepal International Wushu-Kung-fu events. The discipline of showing up, drilling the fundamentals, and staying composed under pressure carried straight over into how I approach shipping software: less about flashy features, more about things that work correctly and don't fall over.
